Halifax College is Accredited by the British Accrediation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education.

The British Accreditation Council (BAC) is an independent body, established in 1984 to be the national accrediting body for private post-16 education in the UK. The primary objective of the Council's founding members was "to improve and enhance the standards of independent further and higher educational institutions by the establishment of a system of accreditation".

Accreditation by BAC is recognised by the Border and Immigration Agency (BIA) of the Home Office, as a qualifying requirement for institutions wishing to enrol visa students.

NCC Education was established by the British Government as the education arm of the national computing Center in 1966. In partnership with over 350 education centres, NCC help over 25000 students to develop the skills and knowledge require to access a rewarding career. All NCC Education qualifications are UK recognized qualifications which are meeting the quality assurance guidelines.

There are 35 UK Universities which are currently accepting NCC Education Graduates including University of Wales, University of Central England, University of Portsmouth and University of Westminster.
