A veterinary surgeon and chartered biologist by profession, he served as Permanent Secretary to the Kano State Government in Nigeria (1969-1976). He has been actively involved in community work for over 20 years, doing local charitable and social work, including serving as Chairman, Patient Panel, Royal Berkshire Hospital NHS Trust, and Patron, Europe/India Chamber of Commerce, Brussels. He has also served two terms as Conservative Party Chairman for Berkshire County. He is the founder patron of Conservative Parliamentary Friends of India. |

K. V. Rajan is a former member of the Indian Foreign Service. He has served in many senior diplomatic assignments, including the rank of Ambassador, in a number of countries including France, USA, UK, Zambia, Algeria and Nepal. |

Marie Haughey has worked for over 40 years in the Civil Service. She served the Home Office as Regional Head of the Passport Agency in Northern Ireland, which, under her leadership, consistently delivered the most efficient and effective passport service. Later she served as an Assistant Director in the Home Office, and for her exemplary public service, was honoured with an MBE. |

David Webb worked in the police force for more than 25 years. He joined Hertfordshire Constabulary and transferred to the West Midlands Police before retiring as Superintendent Commander of Police in Birmingham. He pioneered Community Policing and is the author of ?Policing the Rainbow,? which promotes the philosophy and practice of policing a multi-racial society. He is Past President of the Handsworthy Rotary Club, and has been honoured with the International Paul Harris Fellowship Award. |

Peter Sage has been working in the academic area for the last 10 years and is serving as an Adjunct Professor of George Washington University. He provides exceptional guidance and support to the academic department of Halifax College group. He is also the coordinator of AMURT, which is affiliated with the United Nations, and has travelled to over 70 countries to coordinate various social service activities worldwide. |
