  Immigration Information

Depending on your country of origin you may or may not require a visa for entry to Britain. Please check with British Embassy/High Commission in the country of residence before making any travel arrangements.

If you do require a student visa you shall have to produce the following documents to the entry clearance officer at the Embassy / High Commission in your country :

Valid Passport
CAS Statement
Certificate to prove your past qualifications
Evidence of your ability to meet the cost of your tuition fee and living expenses in Britain for the duration of your course

  UK and European Union Students

The basic procedure for admission remains the same. If a student is looking for some financial support from the local authority towards tuition fees, it is advisable to check with the concerned authority prior to applying for admission. However, you may be able to obtain a student loan.

Overseas students other than European Union

Other than the procedure outlined above, once your application has been accepted you will be required to pay your fees in full before a letter for the purpose of VISA could be issued to you. If you are unable to remit full tuition fees, the College will accept a deposit of 50% of the total fees subjected that you pay the balance in full on commencing your desired courses. On receipt of fees/deposit a visa letter shall be issued which will facilitate you to secure a VISA.

  Employment

International students on a full-time course of study would normally be allowed to work on a part-time basis, provided they are not in breach of the conditions attached to their VISA. In spite of part-time employment being permissible the students are advised not to rely on this source of income to maintain them. Therefore, they are advised to have sufficient funds for a full year's expense.
