Admission Policy |

Halifax College follows a strict admission policy. Standard entry qualifications will apply to all students wishing to enrol at Halifax College. All applicants are required to fill the College enrolment contract and submit all necessary supporting documents so that the applications are fully assessed. |

Each applicant must- |

a. |
Provide relevant academic documents, along with a valid passport. These documents should either be originals or fully notarized/attested copies. |
b. |
Applicants MUST fully satisfy the entry requirement criteria. The entry requirements for each programme are specified under academic programme section on the website and in the College catalogue. |
c. |
Satisfactory score in IELTS/TOEFL is compulsory; unless the applicant has studied in an English medium institution throughout or they have been successfully interviewed by a member of Halifax College staff or faculty. |
d. |
Halifax College reserves the right to cancel the application if the documents submitted cannot be verified by the College. Halifax College evaluates the academic credentials of applicants by using UKNARIC services as part of the College assessment process. In case if there is conclusive evidence that any of these documents are fraudulent Halifax College will share the responsibility to inform the UK Border Agency. |

Halifax College also reserves the right to ask for valid references prior to the acceptances on programmes. References are generally academic; however a police verification report may also be required. |
